Self-Aligning Ball Bearings
Double row bearings with a spherical outer raceway that compensates for shaft deflection and housing misalignment up to 2-3°. Available in light (1200) and medium (1300) series.
1200 Series — Self-Aligning Light Series
Double row self-aligning ball bearings that compensate for shaft deflection and housing misalignment up to 2-3°. Light series with same bore dimensions as 6200.
1300 Series — Self-Aligning Medium Series
Heavier self-aligning ball bearings with higher load capacity than 1200 series. For applications with significant misalignment and moderate radial loads.
22200 Series — Spherical Roller — Light Series
Double row self-aligning roller bearings with barrel-shaped rollers on a concave spherical outer raceway. Handles very high radial loads and moderate axial loads with up to 2° misalignment. Wider than deep groove bearings for the same bore and OD.
22300 Series — Spherical Roller — Medium Series
Medium cross-section spherical roller bearings with higher load capacity than 22200 series for the same bore. Larger OD and greater width provide significantly more radial capacity. Standard sizes start at 22308 (40mm bore).
30200 Series — Tapered Roller — Light, Narrow
Light series metric tapered roller bearings with narrow width. The most common tapered roller series for general-purpose applications. Handles combined radial and axial loads with high rigidity.
30300 Series — Tapered Roller — Medium, Narrow
Medium series tapered roller bearings with higher load capacity than 302xx for the same bore size. Used where heavier loads demand a more robust bearing cross-section.
32000 Series — Tapered Roller — Very Light, Wide
Very light series tapered roller bearings with thin cross-section. Compact design for space-constrained applications requiring combined radial and axial load support.
32200 Series — Tapered Roller — Light, Wide
Light series tapered roller bearings with wider cross-section than 302xx. Higher load capacity for the same bore and OD, suitable for heavier-duty applications.
Thrust Ball Bearings
Designed exclusively for axial loads. Available in single direction (51100) and double direction (51200) configurations. Used in machine tool spindles, screw jacks, vertical pumps, and crane swivels.
51100 Series — Single Direction Thrust
Single direction thrust ball bearings for axial loads in one direction. Compact design with high axial load capacity relative to size.
51200 Series — Double Direction Thrust
Double direction thrust ball bearings for axial loads in both directions. Used where bidirectional axial loads must be supported.
Deep Groove Ball Bearings
The most common bearing type. Designed primarily for radial loads with some axial load capability. Available in extra light (6000), light (6200), and medium (6300) series.
6000 Series — Extra Light Series
Compact bearings for space-constrained applications. Lower load capacity but higher speed ratings.
6200 Series — Light Series
The most widely used bearing series. Versatile, good balance of load capacity and speed. The go-to choice for general-purpose applications.
6300 Series — Medium Series
Higher load capacity than the 6200 series for the same bore size. Used where heavier radial loads are expected.
Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Designed for combined radial and axial loads. Higher rigidity and precision than deep groove bearings. Used in machine tool spindles, pumps, and automotive wheel hubs.
7000 Series
7200 Series — Angular Contact Light Series
For combined radial and axial loads. Higher rigidity than deep groove bearings. Machine tool spindles, pumps, automotive wheel hubs.
7300 Series — Angular Contact Medium Series
Heavier load capacity than 7200. Used in gearboxes, electric motors, and industrial equipment requiring axial load support.
Housed Bearing Units
Assembled units with a bearing insert inside a cast iron housing. Available as pillow blocks (UCP), 2-bolt flanges (UCFL), and 4-bolt square flanges (UCF). Set screw locking, pre-lubricated.
HK Series — Drawn Cup Needle Roller
Drawn cup needle roller bearings with no inner ring. Extremely compact radial envelope with high load capacity per unit volume. Shaft acts as inner raceway (must be hardened and ground).
INCH_TR Series
NJ200 Series — Cylindrical Roller — Light Series (NJ)
Single row cylindrical roller bearings with ribs on the outer ring and one rib on the inner ring. NJ-type provides axial restraint in one direction, suitable as a semi-locating bearing. Same dimensions as NU200 series.
NJ300 Series — Cylindrical Roller — Medium Series (NJ)
Medium cross-section cylindrical roller bearings (NJ-type) with one-direction axial restraint. Higher load capacity than NJ200 series. Same dimensions as NU300 but with semi-locating capability.
NU200 Series — Cylindrical Roller — Light Series (NU)
Single row cylindrical roller bearings with ribs on the outer ring only. NU-type allows free axial float in both directions, making it ideal as the non-locating bearing in a pair. Same envelope as 6200 deep groove but with ~2x radial load capacity.
NU300 Series — Cylindrical Roller — Medium Series (NU)
Medium cross-section cylindrical roller bearings (NU-type) with higher load capacity than NU200 for the same bore size. Free axial float in both directions. Used where heavier radial loads require a more robust bearing.
UCF200 Series — 4-Bolt Square Flange Units
Heavy-duty 4-bolt square flange bearing units for rigid mounting on flat surfaces. Higher load capacity and rigidity than 2-bolt flange units.
UCFL200 Series — 2-Bolt Flange Units
Compact 2-bolt flange bearing units with a diamond-shaped housing. Ideal for tight spaces where pillow blocks won't fit, mounted on vertical or angled surfaces.
UCP200 Series — Pillow Block Units
Assembled pillow block bearing units with a UC-series insert bearing in a cast iron housing. The most common mounted bearing type, bolted to a base or frame.
