RHP (Ransome & Marles, Hoffmann, Pollard) was a leading British bearing manufacturer established through mergers of three historic UK firms dating to the 1890s. RHP bearings were widely used in British aerospace, defense, mining, and heavy industry. Acquired by NSK in 1990, the RHP brand continues in aftermarket distribution. RHP used a proprietary part numbering system — for example, LJ-series for imperial deep groove bearings and MJ-series for medium bearings — that differs significantly from ISO/DIN conventions used by continental manufacturers.
