Return Policy

30-day returns

If you're not satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free — we'll provide a prepaid label.

What's eligible

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Bearings and belts that have been installed cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

Email returns@partmatch.io with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.
